When determining baby's gender, there are a variety of factors that helps us determine this:

  1. Better results are between 18 and 28 weeks. Earlier than 18 weeks may be too soon and after 28 weeks, the baby's growth and position may make it harder.

  2. The mother's size

  3. The position of the baby.

  4. The position of the placenta.

  5. The position of the umbilical cord

If we are unable to determine the gender of the baby at the time of your appointment, (must be at least 18 weeks), we will have you come back at a specific time to try again at no additional charge.
